Spend the morning grocery shopping with us! 🛒✨

We checked out H Mart in West Valley for the first time—huge but kinda mid tbh. Still had to hit Chinatown in SLC after to get the goods. Then of course, wrapped it all up at Trader Joe’s 🧃🌿

Just got back from the doctor and apparently my A1c said “let’s hit new highs” 💀
Blood pressure? Also disrespectful.
Weight? 222.2—same as when I first started this health journey… so basically I’ve been on a scenic roundtrip 🫠

Anywayyy, I’m going back to what worked: intermittent fasting + fiber = the Pono Project.
Not a diet, not a pitch—just me trying to not end up with a drawer full of prescriptions.

If you’re also trying to get your health together without losing your mind, I’ve got a Telegram group and we’re doing it together. Come vibe with us. 💬💪🏽
